The owner of the online store www.i-watch.co (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store") is Sultana Trade Ltd., located at RM 4, 16/F, Ho King Comm CTR, Mongkok, Kowloon, Hong Kong.


Section 1 - General

  1. The conditions of sale apply to purchases of goods from the Online Store.
  2. By accepting these terms and conditions, the Buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with them. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and a specific sales contract, the sales contract will take precedence.
  3. The legal relationship arising from the use of this website, in addition to these terms and conditions, is governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
  4. All photographs and text displayed on the Seller's website are protected by copyright. Any unauthorized reproduction or use of the content on this site without the Seller's express written consent is strictly prohibited.
  5. The Seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Section 2 - Product and Price Information

  1. The prices of products offered for sale in the Online Store are displayed alongside each product. Shipping fees, if applicable, will be added to the product price.
  2. Shipping costs vary depending on the Buyer's location and the chosen shipping method. The applicable shipping cost will be displayed to the Buyer during the order placement process.
  3. Detailed product information is readily available next to each product in the Online Store. For any inquiries or further information, please contact our customer support, quoting the article name and product code in your communication.
  4. Please be aware that the actual color of a product may slightly differ from its appearance on your screen due to variations in display settings.
  5. All products offered in the Online Store are from verified sources. The Seller is the legitimate owner of all trademarks associated with the products sold.
  6. All listed sales prices are inclusive of applicable taxes and governmental fees.
  7. The Seller reserves the right to change sales prices without prior notification. However, for purchases made before any price changes, the original price at the time of purchase will apply to the Buyer.
  8. Please note that purchases may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other governmental fees depending on the country of shipment. These charges are the sole responsibility of the Buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping costs displayed during checkout.

Section 3 - Placing an Order and Validity of The Contract of Sale

  1. Orders can be placed in the Online Store either as a guest (unregistered user) or as a registered user.
  2. To place an order, Customers must add their desired products to the shopping cart, complete all required fields, and select their preferred shipping method. The total order cost will then be displayed for review before payment. Payment can be made using any of the payment methods available at checkout.
  3. Within the shopping cart, Buyers have the ability to adjust the quantities of selected items or remove products entirely.
  4. Before finalizing a purchase, Buyers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their selected products, including sizes and quantities.
  5. Adding products to the shopping cart does not constitute a reservation of those products. An order is confirmed, and the product is reserved only upon successful receipt of payment. Please ensure that your payment is fully processed. You may receive an email notification for incomplete payments.
  6. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during the ordering process. Please check your spam or junk folder, as order-related emails may sometimes be directed there automatically.
  7. The contract of sale becomes legally binding when the full payment for the order is successfully transferred to the Online Store's bank account.
  8. The Buyer is required to pay the total cost of the order, including the sale price of the goods and any applicable delivery fees, in advance. All payments are processed in a secure environment.
  9. The Seller does not have access to the Buyer's bank or credit card details.
  10. We appreciate your understanding in the event of inventory discrepancies. If, for any reason, a product that has been selected and paid for by the Buyer is found to be out of stock, we will offer the Buyer the following options to find the most suitable resolution:
    1. An equivalent replacement product, or if an equivalent replacement is not available, a more expensive replacement product will be offered without any additional charge for the price difference.
    2. The product will be shipped once it is back in stock, and the Buyer will be notified in advance about the revised delivery timeframe.
    3. A full refund of the purchase price.

Section 4 - Shipment

  1. The Online Store ships goods to the entire MENA region and other parts of the world. A comprehensive list of destination countries is available in the Shopping Cart. If your country is not listed, please submit a purchase request via email to info@i-watch.co.
  2. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your geographical location.
  3. Please be aware that during peak periods of high delivery volumes, such as Christmas, Black Friday, and other major shopping holidays, delivery times may be longer than usual due to congestion within postal and courier services.
  4. The Online Store is not responsible for delays in the delivery of goods if the items were handed over to the logistics partner on time, but the delay is attributable to unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond the Online Store's control.
  5. Delivery times are subject to variation based on the destination country and the selected delivery method. Delivery times may also be affected by the availability of the product in our main warehouse or individual stores.
  6. We will make every effort to inform you of any significant delays as soon as possible. If you have not received your order by the last expected delivery date after making payment, please contact us at info@i-watch.co to investigate the reason for the delay.
  7. The Buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs, and the specific price for each shipping method will be displayed during the checkout process.
  8. The Online Store offers a range of delivery methods, which may vary depending on the destination country. Available shipping options will be presented when you select the destination country in the shopping cart.
  9. Please carefully choose your preferred delivery method and double-check the accuracy of the contact information and postal address you provide. Incorrect selection of a parcel locker or inaccurate address and contact details may lead to additional charges payable by the Buyer and delays in the delivery of the goods. If you identify an error after placing your order, please notify us immediately at info@i-watch.co.

Section 5 - Right of Return

  1. Returned products must be in their original packaging, complete with all original labels and tags intact. Products cannot be returned if price tags are missing, or if the product has been opened, worn, or used. If you accidentally damage the price tag or packaging while opening the order, the return will be assessed based on the principle of reasonableness.
  2. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities (businesses). Additionally, the right of withdrawal does not extend to special orders, which include wholesale orders or any other customized orders for goods or services not typically handled by the Online Store. This includes orders involving digital prints, engravings, or other specifically requested custom designs.
  3. If the returned goods show signs of use or wear and tear beyond what is necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods, the Online Store reserves the right to reduce the refund amount to reflect the diminished value of the product.
  4. The Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the reason for the return is due to receiving incorrect or defective goods.
  5. The customer bears full responsibility for all returned products until they are received by the Seller. The customer must ensure that the products are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
  6. Refunds will be processed within fifteen (15) banking days after the returned goods have been inspected and approved. The refund will be issued to the same account from which the original payment was made. For the return of an entire order, a full refund will be issued, including the original delivery costs.
  7. In the case of a partial return of an order, the initial shipping fees may not be refunded, particularly if the delivery cost was calculated as a fixed unit price per package, irrespective of the number of items within the package.
  8. The Online Store reserves the right to withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received or until the Buyer has provided satisfactory proof of shipment, whichever occurs first.
  9. The Online Store retains the right to cancel a sale and demand the return of goods from the Buyer if the listed price of the goods in the Online Store was significantly lower than the prevailing market price due to an error.

Section 6 - Right to Make a Claim

  1. The Online Store is liable for any non-conformity of the sold goods with the terms of the contract or for any defects that were present at the time of delivery and become apparent within two years from the date of delivery to the Buyer. For the first six months following delivery, it is presumed that any defect existed at the time of delivery, and the onus is on the Online Store to prove otherwise.
  2. The Buyer has the right to notify the Online Store of any defect within two months of its discovery by sending an email to info@i-watch.co.
  3. The Online Store is not liable for any defects that arise after the goods have been delivered to the Buyer. The Online Store is also not responsible for product damage caused by the Buyer's fault or negligence, defects resulting from improper use of the product, or natural physical wear and tear of the product during normal use.
  4. If goods purchased from the Online Store have defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective goods. If repair or replacement is not feasible, the Online Store will refund the Buyer the full amount paid under the sales contract.
  5. The Online Store will provide a response to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a format that allows for written reproduction within fifteen (15) days of receiving the complaint.
  6. In the event of a deficiency, a formal application must be submitted via email to info@i-watch.co, accompanied by photographic evidence of the defect. The application must include the following information:
    1. – Full name and contact details
    2. – Date of the complaint
    3. – Description of the defect
    4. – Desired resolution (content of the claim)
    5. – Order number

Section 7 - Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data

  1. The privacy and security of our customers' data are of utmost importance to us. All personal data obtained in connection with visits to the Online Store and purchases made are treated as confidential information.
  2. We only share personal data with third parties when necessary for the delivery of an order or when required by law.
  3. The Online Store uses the personal data provided by the Buyer (including name, phone number, address, email address, and bank details) solely for the purpose of processing the order and delivering the goods. Personal data is shared with the transport service provider to facilitate the delivery process.
  4. The Online Store will only send newsletters and promotional offers to the Buyer's email address if the Buyer has explicitly consented to receive such communications by entering their email address on the website and indicating their desire to subscribe to direct mail.
  5. The Buyer has the right to unsubscribe from receiving offers and newsletters at any time by notifying us via email or by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in any promotional email received.

Section 8 - Settlement of Disputes

  1. All complaints from Buyers regarding the Online Store should be submitted via email to info@i-watch.co.
