Return Process:

  2. Packaging and Shipping: Please return the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and labels. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is faulty or not as described.
  3. Inspection and Refund: Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 15 business days.

Exceptions:

  • Personalized or Custom Items: These items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or not as described.
  • Perishable Goods: Perishable goods, such as food or flowers, cannot be returned.
  • Used or Damaged Items: Items that have been used beyond inspection or are damaged cannot be returned.
