Section 2 - Product and Price Information
- The prices of the products sold in the online store are indicated next to the products. A fee for shipping is added to the price When Applicable.
- The shipping cost depends on the location of the purchaser and the shipping method. The shipping cost is displayed when the purchaser places the order.

- The color tone of the product may differ from the one in the image due to different display settings.
- The products sold in online Store are of controlled origin. The seller is the official owner of the trademarks sold.
- All sales prices include Tax and Governmental fees.
- The seller reserves the right to adjust sales prices without prior notice. When making a purchase before changing the price, the previous price applies to the Buyer.
Section 3 - Placing an Order and Validity of The Contract of Sale
- In the Online Store, it is possible to place an order as an unregistered user (guest) or as a registered user.
- Customers must add the desired products to their shopping cart to order. Fill in all the required fields and choose the most suitable shipping method to complete the order. The total cost is then displayed on the screen. This can be paid using any payment method available at checkout.

Section 5 - Right of Return
- Returned products must be in the original packaging and with labels. It is not possible to return a product without price tags or already opened, worn and used. If you accidentally damaged the price tag or the package when opening the order, the principle of reasonableness applies to the return.
- The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal entity. The right of withdrawal does not apply to special orders. Special orders are wholesale orders or any other customer orders for goods or services that are not routinely handled by . This includes orders that have a digital print, engraving or some other specifically requested special design on them.
- If the goods have been used for any purpose other than is necessary to ensure the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, or if there are any signs of use or wear and tear, the online store has the right to lower the amount returned in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
- The purchaser shall bear the cost of returning the goods unless the reason for the return is non-compliance with the ordered or defective goods.
- All returned products are the responsibility of the customer until they have reached the Seller. The customer must make sure that everything is packed correctly, and the risk of the product being damaged during transport is completely ruled out.
- Refund will be done within fifteen bank days after the inspection of the returned goods. We will make the refund to the same account from which the payment was made. When returning the full order, you will get a full refund (inc. delivery costs).
- In case of partial return of the order shipping fees may not be refunded. That is if the delivery cost is calculated as a unit price per package, regardless of the number of products in the package.
- The online store has the right to refuse to make the refund until the goods being returned are received or until the buyer has provided proof of returning the products, whichever occurs first.

Section 6 - Right to Make a Claim

The online store is not responsible if the product is damaged due to the fault or negligence of the buyer, for defects caused by improper use of the product and for the natural physical wear and tear of the product during normal use.
- If goods bought from the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective goods. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store shall return to the purchaser all of the payments involved in the contract of sale.
- The online store will respond to the consumer’s complaint in written form or in a form that enables written reproduction within 15 days.
