Refund and Return Policy
Our policy is to serve you best so, our return and exchange Policy Lasts 30 Days in case of manufacture defects. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
All orders Placed up to 7 days prior to a current sale are eligible for discounts according to the current sale except for flash sales, Flash sales must be placed in the time frame specified to receive discounts-no exceptions
all cancelations/ reorders are not allowed during flash sales if an order is made during a flash sale in exchange for another order the second order will be cancelled automatically
The Customer Has the right to Return or Exchange their Product In the period of 14 Days After Receiving their Order.
To be eligible for a return or Exchange: -
1- The Product Has to be in its Original Packaging and Plastic Wrapping.
2- The Product Haven't Been Used or Worn.
3- The Product and Packaging is Intact and in its original State.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as leather goods and Jewelry as well as any product touched the skin directly cannot be returned.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be transferred to you on the bank account you provide or added to your credit card depending on your payment method.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
